Great location near the station and city center. The room was soundproof, very comfy bed, kitchenette with a Nespresso machine, and a nice modern TV. There's a cool common area with games for kids. Free sparkling water was a nice touch and super nice team.

The hotel was next to small shopping mall and everything you want is just easy to reach. The room was good we were two adults and 4 kids and we were comfortable. Internet was good inside our room with a good speed.

They don't clean your room daily if you are going to stay more than three days but you can ask for new towles and whatever you need in your room

Comfortable and cool hotel with very good free Wi-Fi. Climate control and a balcony in the room and the big bed. Favourable location and walking distance to the central station. Found in a busy area.

Family-friendly atmosphere!

Had a really nice stay, the hotel is cool and quiet.

All of the staff were courteous. There were an air conditioning, a kitchen area, and a lounge in the room, loved that.

Huge and new-fashioned room with big bathroom. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

Finding the hotel was a hassle. The entrance isn't easy to locate if you're navigating with a GPS. The kitchenette felt cramped, limiting cooking options, and despite being a three-bed suite, the room was more snug than expected. The bathroom had visible issues-mold around the taps was off-putting, and slow drainage made showers less than ideal. The housekeeping was lacking since our room went unserviced during our entire stay.

The room was lovely, very clever use of space and arrangement. Spotless, comfortable. The location was very good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

The tv only had a few French channels, no channels in other languages, no movie channels. We had to pay 5 euros every time we wanted clean towels.

The location was excellent near train station. The entrance of Adagio anncey is located in front of the entrance of Novotel hotel. There is a cinema and shopping mall near adagio. There is a supermarket inside the mall like Monoprix in paris. Around 10 min walk to old city and the lake. In front of the train station a lot of shops, mini market & pharmacy. I really recommend Adagio annecy for everyone.

Comfortable room, convenient location, the kitchenette was well-stocked with utensils, making it easy to prepare meals, and the hotel also had a fitness center and a sauna available, providing great ways to unwind after a day of exploring.

Nothing could have been better.

Central location and possibility of self-catering with the rooms large enough to accomodate a family of 4. The hotel is located in very centre of Annecy with good access to all town attractions. Large food stores and the shopping in general is nearby. The stuff was welcoming and responsive. Our room had some dust collected (possibly due to idling for a while). It was re-cleaned immidietly after we notofied the front desk. We were staying inthe hotel for the second time and considering to do it again.

The undergrownd car park can sometimes be full making to find the space difficult. Excellent hotel in general and not too much to be negative about.

That they were open 24 hours - we arrived 1am.

The parking was a hassle to find. The room was nice and spacious.

Hotel located in a very good position, 300 mt from old town and closed to a commercial area. Room was clean, warm and perfect for three. Kitchen well equiped with microwave and dishwasher. We appreciated wifi free and parking in the same building of the hotel.
